The single 4Ω voice coil configuration makes it ideal to be driven by the new AP F8.9 bit amplifier with integrated DSP which offers exceptional 260 W RMS power with two channels connected. Also interesting is the possibility of creating customised enclosures with two APS 10 S4S piloted by the AP 1D amplifier using the 540 W RMS delivered on the 2Ω load resulting from the connection of the drivers in parallel.
